Crittall glazing frames views into the kitchen, designed with rustic notes and room to congregate. A generous island is the anchor here – finished with leathered granite and bar seating – ready for informal occasions or evenings with a private chef. Full oak cabinetry and antique brass hardware keep the palette warm and tactile; opposite, a banquette-lined dining nook offers a relaxed setting for sociable meals.
An interior-designed family home with rustic sensibility. This five-bedroom Fulham house to rent is set up for sociable living with a cinema room, home bar and pristine patio garden.
Overview
Rooted in the vision of design studio Run For The Hills, this home reworks a classic London footprint with a grounded feel. Oak, antique brass and vintage references run throughout, bringing texture and depth to spaces designed for gathering. Across multiple levels, there’s an emphasis on flexibility – from social open-plan zones to quieter corners for work, film nights or switching off.

The living spaces
Earthy and relaxed, the reception room is arranged for year-round use: slow mornings with the garden in view and evenings settled into the bespoke sofa. A more playful setting is found downstairs, where a cinema room, bar and a tucked-away creative nook await.
Bedrooms & bathrooms
Upstairs, the principal suite feels calm and contained. A deeper palette is balanced by large Victorian windows; an entire wall of integrated wardrobes ensures plenty of storage space. Its en suite bathroom is bright and spacious, centred around a freestanding bathtub and separate rainfall shower. Three further bedrooms occupy the top floor, sharing a family bathroom, with one benefiting from its own en suite. A fifth and final bedroom sits on the lower ground level, a versatile set-up that’s interchangeable as a gym – note the en suite bathroom and lightwell patio.
Outdoor space
Accessed via bifolding doors from the reception room, a landscaped patio garden is private and pristine. It’s perfectly placed for summer afternoons, with lounge seating and a Big Green Egg barbecue.

For creative inspiration, check out the showrooms at The Design Centre at Chelsea Harbour and refuel with pastries from French deli Chanteroy.
