With over two decades of experience across travel, property and serviced apartments, Claire brings a commercial mindset and a natural ease with people to her role. A seasoned sales professional, she has a proven record in business development – consistently driving growth while building lasting relationships.

Known for her warm, grounded approach and ability to problem-solve under pressure, Claire leads with both empathy and determination. Outside the office, she channels her competitive spirit into golf, having previously played at both county and national level.

A seasoned traveller with an international outlook, Daisy was born in France and has lived in cities from London to Los Angeles, where she studied Real Estate at UCLA. Her background in property management, coupled with a lifelong connection to the interior design world, gives her a keen eye for potential – identifying homes that perfectly align with our portfolio. Fluent in French and passionate about travel, Daisy thrives on discovering properties and cultures alike.

Having spent many years managing residential properties, Naushad brings his organisational prowess and client-focused communications to the Domus Stay team as a Property Services Specialist. Working with homeowners to optimise their rental returns, as well as ensuring all the properties are well-maintained, he’s a quick problem-solver and innovator. Naushad is as active in the office as he is out – you’ll find him cycling and playing football in his down time.

With a can-do, down-to-earth approach, Chloe is the person the team turns to when things need to get done. After a placement year with Domus Stay, she returned to the fold following her studies in English and Business, bringing finely tuned organisational skills and a talent for building relationships. Whether it’s smoothing the details behind the scenes or liaising with homeowners, Chloe combines efficiency with warmth. Away from the office, she’s likely spending time with family and friends or catching live music at a concert.

After more than a decade as a marketeer for leading lifestyle and hospitality brands, Charlotte understands the concept of luxury and knows how to showcase a property’s one-of-a-kind appeal. From overseeing the Sales Reservations team to driving our business development – she showcases a one-of-a-kind talent in facilitating introductions and creating meaningful partnerships.

With a background across the art world and design-focused estate agency, his instinct for what makes a stay special expertly pairs guests with their perfect property. Armed with an in-depth knowledge of London and our portfolio, he ensures every stay starts with the right setting.

A perfectionist with a passion for pairing people with properties, she leaves no stone unturned in the search for your home-away-from-home. Alexandra brings a people-first approach to her role in reservations. With a background in residential lettings, she’s a natural communicator – excelling at matching guests with homes that feel just right. Alongside an instinct for service, she has a genuine appreciation for design: an asset when navigating our curated portfolio. Outside of work, Alexandra keeps active through dance and fitness, and is always planning her next trip in search of sunshine.

With a background rooted in luxury hospitality, Jose brings a calm, solutions-driven approach to Domus Stay. A former butler and concierge at one of London’s leading hotels, he has an intuitive understanding of personalised service and exceptional guest care. After spending time back in his native Spain, immersed in an internationally-focused hospitality environment, Jose returns to the team with a broadened perspective. An avid sports enthusiast, he channels the same passion and energy into creating truly memorable experiences.

It’s the smallest details that can really elevate a stay, and this is where Karolina excels. Responsive and resourceful, guests can count on her to ensure they have everything they need to feel at home, whether that’s a chauffeur or a private chef. Hailing from a hospitality background, Karolina previously managed guest services for a hotel group, and continues to hit the ground running with her thorough and friendly demeanour. A calming presence, she’s always on hand to keep things running smoothly. Painting and music help her to switch off after a long day.

With a background spanning finance, operations and client management, Felix brings precision, composure and a results-driven mindset to Domus Stay’s Guest Services team. His experience with global brands has honed his ability to navigate complex systems – all while maintaining an exceptional standard of service. Whether coordinating logistics, liaising with partners or problem-solving under pressure, Felix approaches every request with detail and dedication. Beyond the office, he’s passionate about travel and discovering new perspectives.

Warm, intuitive and endlessly detail-oriented, Jericho brings a refined sense of hospitality to every guest interaction. Having honed her craft in Notting Hill’s most beloved restaurants and boutique hotels, she’s mastered the art of service that feels as effortless as it is exceptional. Whether anticipating needs before they’re voiced or turning small gestures into lasting impressions, Jericho creates experiences defined by care, calm and connection.

With almost 15 years’ as an inventory specialist under his belt, Anup takes pride in looking after other people’s properties. When he’s not gathering interior design inspiration from the homes in our portfolio, he’s meticulously compiling detailed check-in and check-out reports, carefully cataloguing each and every item. No detail is overlooked. His exhaustive knowledge of our properties protects both homeowner and guest, ensuring all spaces are left exactly as they were found.

The devil is in the detail for Chris, whose forensic approach to inspecting our homes delivers peace of mind for our homeowners and guests alike. A steady pair of hands, and a watchful pair of eyes, you can count on Chris to methodically catalogue each and every setting. Hailing from Poland, when he isn’t whizzing between our homes on his scooter, he’s jetting off on his travels and practicing his passion for languages.

Analytically-minded Auzden crunches the numbers. Efficient and reliable with a meticulous, detail-orientated outlook, he keeps things running like clockwork behind the scenes. When Auzden’s not poring over spreadsheets, he’s indulging his passion for music.

Mark takes a holistic approach to marketing and brand development, fine-tuning our strategy with flair. He’s here to showcase our homes in the most impactful way, coordinating digital and print campaigns alongside editorial-quality photography that paints a picture of what it’s like to live in these exceptional spaces. Mark has specialised in property for over 15 years, working for leading developers and agencies. His track record for delivering meaningful, results-driven campaigns continues to be enhanced by his eye for all things creative.

The behind-the-scenes embellisher, Charlotte finesses the details that make our campaigns deliver, both in terms of style and substance. A former fashion buyer and office coordinator, she brings flair and fastidious attention to detail. The cog that keeps our marketing turning, Charlotte polishes our listings to showcase our homes in the most authentic light, as well as overseeing email campaigns and all things visual for our social media channels. She analyses the numbers, too, ensuring our homes not only look distinguished but land.

As the resident wordsmith, Chloe sets the scene for our stays, bringing the homes in our portfolio to life with carefully crafted copy. A seasoned storyteller, she calls on her background in publishing and time spent studying architecture to bring clarity and colour to our listings. Passionate about all things design, you can count on Chloe to point out the elements that elevate each setting – from architectural interventions to well-preserved original features. She also picks the minds behind our most loved homes, from acclaimed designers to creative owners leaving their mark.

Immy’s boundless energy and enthusiasm are matched by her zest for communicating. She crafts the words, compiles the neighbourhood guides and curates the listings that make it to our website. Having worked in marketing for big name hospitality brands and under-the-radar travel companies alike, Immy brings a nuanced and well-rounded view – focusing her lens on everything from impactful email campaigns to the smallest of image placements.
