No request is too big or small for our concierge team. Premier League tickets to an all-important game, specialist piano tuners, a Michelin-starred plant-based chef. It’s a yes to all of the above.
Finesse your stayCrittall-style glazing spans the entrance, offering a sightline straight through to the heart of the home. Styled to receive guests or debrief the day, plush boucle sofas sit around a marble-clad gas fireplace; ornate cornicing overhead brings grandeur to the impressive proportions. Beyond, archways frame views into the bespoke kitchen and dining space. Here, black detailing sharpens the mood: a Nero Picasso marble island is part sculpture, part social hub. Opposite, a skylight carves through the ceiling to flood the dining table with daylight.
The first floor is given over to the principal suite – a serene monochrome setting zoned with curved Crittall glass for visual continuity. The en suite is indulgent: enjoy underfloor heating and long evening soaks in a gleaming copper bathtub. Two additional bedrooms share this level, along with lift access to every floor.
Upstairs, colour takes the lead in the second-floor bedrooms, each with heritage fireplaces and built-in storage. The top floor features two further bedroom suites, one with a dedicated dressing area, plus a versatile office for home working.
On the lower ground floor, wellness and leisure take over. There’s a fully equipped Technogym, complete with sauna and ice bath – a floor for sweating it out or slowing it down. On rainy days or cosy evenings, hunker down in the sprawling cinema room.
From the lower ground floor social space, doors open out to a private patio garden – here, there’s also a gated entrance and a parking spot. Head up to the second floor on elevated occasions, where a marble-topped bar gives way to a roof terrace – complete with a My Outdoor Kitchen pizza oven, barbecue and skyline views. Above it all, a second roof terrace crowns the house, with sweeping views across London’s rooftops.
In the heart of Maida Vale’s Little Venice, Bristol Gardens is perfectly situated just a short walk from Regent’s Canal and a variety of green spaces. Weekends are for brunching at Toast, browsing the antiques shops along Formosa Street and strolling the water’s edge; stop for a drink at The Summerhouse or The Waterway. Come evening, enjoy live performances at The Canal Café Theatre, drinks at The Hero, or dinner at Maguro, a sophisticated spot for Japanese dining.
